Folliculitus History In Pubic Area. Large Red Bump Seen Underside Shaft. What Could This Be ?

Hello, I have a history of diagnosed folliculitus in my pubic are before from sweat and chaffage.
However, last night I was with a questionable lady and I have to be what appears to be a large red bump on the underside of my shaft near the base. I used a condom but I don't think it reached that far down.
It looks similar to infected follicles from the past, but I'm thinking the worst.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a boil over shaft of the penis and had sex with woman .
Though you have used condom it is never 100% guaranteed about safety as far as transmitting STD is concerned.
Please get basic tests for STD and screening test for HIV done robe to be free from worry of acquiring these diseases .
