For How Long Does Effexor SR Remain In The Body After Weaning Off?
I ve been on Effexor SR for 3 months for anxiety, I weened off of it a week ago. How long does it take for effexor to get out of your system and have no side effects. I ve had problems with my vision on this medicine. How long does it usually take for my vision to go back where it was? Thanks, Rita

the tablet you are taking is Effexor SR ( VENLAFAXINE) for anxiety.
venlafaxine is known to cause side effects when withdrawn suddenly. so please donot discontinue it on your own, consult your physician. venlafaxine will get cleared from your body in 1-2 days, so dont worry, but dont discontinue suddenly. Effexor SR doesnt cause any vision problem. please consult an opthalomogist and get your vision checked
