Isabgol husk((Psyllium husk) and lactulose these are the stool softener used in cases of constipation. Constipation can be because of water intake, hemorrhoid can be an another reason. Surgery is the best way to cure hemorrhoids. First, try taking stool softeners and try including more fibre rich diet and increase the water intake.
