Hi Doc Doctor am having a problem with my agirl friend I really luv her but this comes as a problem between us. Doc please help all the time when we having sex they this funy smell that she have when we jus finish the round/ cycle when she cum she cum somthing tha smells terrible like rotten onions or something please Doctor help!! You help will be much apprecieted Thank you

From your description your girl is suffering from vaginal infection most specifically bacterial vaginosis. If that is the case she will require a course of antibiotics such as metronidozole in single dosage or daily for four days. It could also be another type of vaginal infection (other bacteria, fungi, protozoa etc) or infection at the cervix (cervicitis) or her uterus (not very likely as lower abdominal pain would have been an accompanying symptom). Since you are both sexually active and likely having unprotected sex, i suggest you both undergo STD testing for syphilis, chlamydia, urethral swap(for you) and vaginal swap (for her). Then she must be treated of this infection if possible you too, before you can both continue having sex. You also need to clean up your penis before penetrating her. From here, she will need to see a doctor or gynobs to evaluate her and give her appropriate treatment.
