Hello
Welcome to health care magic
Dear patient, a long standing constipation causes the colon (large intestine) to become loaded with stools and this stool loaded colon creates pressure in sitting position but gets releived on standing or lying down, also the long standing constipation causes formation of faecolith which when passed in stools look like white solid stuff, so you need not to worry to about it. Due to chronic constipation when hard stools pass through rectum and anal cana it causes some abrassions of the rectal and anal mucosa that causes blood streaking over the stools . You consult a doctor to get evalvated for the cause of chronic constipation which generally include a tendency to defer the call for bowl movement, less physical activity, irritable bowl syndrome, hypothyroidism, or some organic cause like tumour in the gut etc. you will benifit from taking plenty of fluids orally , taking fiber rich diet, going for daily exercises and if these things don't help then your doctor can prescribe you some laxatives
good luck
thanks

Thank you for your query.

Do not concern about the problem.
The white mass in your stool probably the unabsorbed food particle you taken in the previous meal.
Take plenty of fiber containing diet & water.
Stop smoking if you have habit.
The pressure you exert during defecation causes some type of injury in your anus.
As a result bleeding occurs.
Take care.
