Frequent Bowel Movement After Meals, Brakke, Sibofix. IBS?

Hello Sir. I am From India. I have a strange problem from last 3 weeks. Whenever i eat something i need to go to the toilet, and its about 8 times a day . i am very tensed about it. It all started 3 weeks before,i ate something bad one night,and the next morning it started. i have tried many medicine and some pro biotics but the problem is on. Every time i go to the toilet i can pass only a little amount of stool .Stool color is brownish. I used to have 1 bowel movement per day but now it has changed. i Am currently taking 1)BRAKKE AND 2) SIBOFIX 4000. BUT NO IMPROVEMENT. IT THIS IBS . i AM VERY MUCH SCARED.PLEASE REPLY.

You are suffering from dysentry. This may either be amebic or bacillary in etiology. This can be determined by detailed stool examination and culture. Once this report is available then appropriate treatment can be commenced. In the mean time a14 day course of ciprofloxacin and flagyl should give good amount of relief.You should stop all your existing medications as they are not working.
