Frequent Cold Flush Sensation In Arms With Sore, Throbbing Pain. Could This Be Tennis Elbow?
I am 27 and for the last few days I ve had a terrible pain in my left arm just below my elbow but on the top of mu arm not on the underneath side ( if that makes sense) I get a almost shooting pain run down my arm but its like weakness more than very bad pain. I can still use my arm but my wrists and arm do feel sore and I find myself grabing tight my arm when the weakness / very faint thobbing occurs. Then after maybe 30 seconds to a minute later it subsides slightly but the faint strain is always there. I looked up some symptoms similer to mine and it seemed to point to tennis elbow however most importantly why im sending you this message is quite regularly I get a cold flush sensation in my arm ... like when you have been laying on your arm for ages and u suddenly get up. My circulation seems bad as my hand will go really reaaly cold after a while it will just go back to normal but its freaking me out as I never have experienced anytjing like it and tennis elbow doesn t mention anything like that is related. If you can shed some light on the matter for me I would be really grateful. Thank you for your time. Mariam
As per your symptoms neck pain can be due to diffuse disc bulge compressing your cervical spine. Another possibility of thoracic outlet obstruction leading to vascular compromise.
Some medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain, you can take them consulting your treating doctor. MRI and colour Doppler will help in diagnosis.
Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood. Hope this helps. Wish you speedy recovery.
Take care
