Frequent Hip Sticking, Eases With A Loud Click, Usually Arises On Changing Gears While Driving, Have Regular Workouts. Treatment Required?
Hello Dr Grief, I am a 43 yr old woman who is fit and regularly works out usually on a cross trainer. BMI varies between 25 to 27. I also work in health care which involves a lot of bending down, I have been experencing frequent hip sticking the discomfort only eases with a loud click. This also happens whilst driving and changing gear whilst pressing down on the clutch. Does this problem warrant an appointment with my GP? Thank you in advance for you assistance and time. Nicola
