Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you were indulged in frequent masturbation before getting married.
First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety.
Conception is a result of fertilisation of female egg by male sperm, so it is vital to have normal sperm for effective fertilization.
Please get your semen analysis done to find out any abnormality in sperm count,sperm motility or morphology of sperms further treatment will depend upon the results of semen analysis.

It is not correct that after marriage one should not masturbate. Human sex drive is for ever, before or after marriage. Many of my patients are masturbating after marriage in situations or even regularly without any problem and having children.
But it is true that frequency of sex and subsequent masturbation would lead to dilution of semen and thereby leads to a decrease in sperm concentration which may interfere with conception. It is a temporary phenomena and it will regain its concentration after you have adequate rest and abstinence.
So nothing to worry about masturbation.
Semen test with an abstinence of 3 days will reveal whether the problem lies with you or with your wife. Physical examination also will help to fix the problem.
So you can also consult an infertility specialist and get examined under his guidance.
