I am 23 years old unmarried male and because of some bad habits i use to have sex with hand or by rubbing my penis on bed and i feel the force of coming sperm is decreasing and only in 3 to 4 minutes my sperm comes out I think because of this my height is only 5 feet, I have been doing it for 10 years. will it effect me in my married life and how? Also tell me about its precaution and cure.

Having low height has no relation with your habit. It is genetically build up.
Now there is no chance of increasing height.
Quantity of semen depends upon how frequently you are doing masturbation.
You will not have any problem in your married life due to masturbation.
