Frequent Mouth Ulcers, Allergic To Certain Food And Drugs, Frequent Migraines. Who Should Be Consulted?
Hi I have been suffering with mouth ulcer last 12 years and I'm 28 now. I diagnosed myself that I'm allergic to some foods like pineapple, pappaya, beef, spicy food and for most of the drugs. Also I'm much irritated with my migrane which comes very often. Could you please suggest me to whom I have to consult to get rid off this problem?
I am so sorry to hear about all these problems that have been of concern to you over the years.
These symptoms go involve more than one specialty .The best person to consult is your primary care physician. From the detailed interview, examination and basic laboratory investigations, he would be able to correctly identify the problems and prioritize and coordinate care with the various different doctors that you may need. This is vital so that one person can oversee all your care rather than jumping from one specialist to another without any focal person.
Hope this answers your query and helps you on hw to approach this problem. If you should have any more questions, please ask us and we shall gladly address them. I wish you the best of health.
