Frequent Urge To Urinate, Bladder Fullness After Urinating, Tingling In Fingers, Slight Spotting. Serious?

Hello, my aunt is a 53 year old woman who is experiencing some very interesting symptoms. She is having the frequent urge to urinate and when she does go, she still feels as if her bladder is full. Also she says when she urinates her fingers tingle? She is experiencing some slight spotting also. Should we take her to the ER ? What could be wrong?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your aunt has
urgency and painful urination.

This is most likely to be due to UTI which is common at the peri menopausal age.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

In the mean while Please give take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antispasmodics like Flavoxate twice daily . .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep her urine dilute.
