Frequent Urgency To Urinate, Burning Pain, Pink Bleeding. History Of Yeast Infection. UTI?

I have an urgency to urinate and there is a burning pain when I do urinate and it continues to burn afterwards. I also noticed a slightly pink tinge on the toilet paper after I wiped. The burning seems to disappear after I drink a large amount of water; however it returns the next time I go to the bathroom. I just had a yeast infection a week and a half ago. Is this a UTI?
