Frequent Urination, Bloating. Constipation, Dark Circles

Ive been having frequent urination problems mostly at nights and bloating for about 9months now i have seen various doctors and one gave me pills for a tract urine infection and it cleared up..but I was still urinating constantly then she sent me to get an ultrra sound and everything was fine about a month ago i went to the emergency room due to pain pelvic imflammation i was told i had an infection..i took the medication the pain went away a week after it came back and im sufferring constipation now and having an increase on my dark circles .

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get following investigations done :-
1. Blood sugar levels.
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).
4 . HbA1C.

I would advise that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief from bloating sensation.
This will also help in curing mild constipation.

Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the investigations.
