Frequent Urination, Feeling Not Emptying Bladder Completely, Repeated UTI. Suggestions?
Hi my name is Lisa and I have had a uterine oblasion two years ago however, I notice afterwards that I always had to urinate more often with the feeling of not not finish voiding. I have also repeated urinary tract infections which I finally got under control with the help from my doctor I have had urodynamics test done which came out pretty good I have had sonograms done of my uterus because I have also had associated pain as well. all have been negative with good report. But I still have to urinate a lot with the feeling of not finishing this is running me crazy up all hours of the night I'm lucky if I can sleep completely through the night what do you think Doc

If i have understood you well, onset of your symptoms started two years ago after you had your uterine ablasion. With this, it is logical to think that there was a small effect on the bladder which is located anteriorly to the uterus.
Well, with tests on urodynamics and ultrasonograms done and with all being normal, other directions should be looked. Metabolic/Physiological disorders such as diabetes, renal disorders etc. Your age would have been important had you mentioned it.
However, i will suggest you meet an internist and get a few tests done such as fasting blood sugar, creatinemia, etc.
