After reading your symptoms, it seems that you could be suffering from Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).
It can result in increase in micturation along with abdominal pain, nausea and weakness.
You should get your urine examined for Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Senstivity.
Also get your blood investigated for Kidney Function Test and Complete Blood Count including Platelets.
Also get an Ultrasound done for lower abdominal region.
Drink plenty of pure water. Treatment can be planned according to the reports of the investigations.
If the problem persists, get yourself examined by Urologist and Gynaecologist.
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Your symptoms are suggesting pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out the pregnancy.
So, if you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation and missed your expected date of periods go for pregnancy test once to rule out that possibility.
In case of positive pregnancy the spotting you had could be implantation bleeding.
Take care.
