Frequent Urination, Tingling In The Clitoris. STD?
Hi. Im having the urge to pee constantly yet when I go uine doesnt always come out. The tingling is mostly in my clitoris, no blood or anything like that; just the strong constant urge. This is the second time this happened in two years and Im in a monogomaus relationship, never had an std so I dont think thats it. What could this be?
It sounds as though you have a urinary tract infection. This can result in the frequent need to urinate, urgency (rushing to the bathroom or the feeling you need to go the the bathroom). There can also be other symptoms such as abdominal pain, discomfort on urination and fever.
This would be diagnosed by analysis of your urine at your doctor's office, a sample would also be sent to the lab so that the exact bacteria can be identified.Treatment involves the use of copious fluids and antibiotics.
Women commonly experience urinary tract infections, to reduce the risk you would need to empty your bladder before and after intercourse.
I hope this helps
