Hi. dandruff is one of the most common cause of hair fall.

Your first aim should be to control your dandruff with medicated shampoo containing either Ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine or Piroctone etc. You can get one of these prescribed by a dermatologist.

Use it regularly twice/thrice in a week. Make a rich lather and leave it onto the scalp for 5-10 min and then rinse with water.

You can try anastim lotion once daily at night. Its available over the counter.

take care
regards
