Frothy Saliva. Stress Test Done. ECG Showing Heart Attack. Any Advice?

During sleep, white foam accumulates, enough to crust my mouth when I wake, spit some up when brushing teeth , still during early morning - still spitting up white froth . During day too, but not as much. I don t have any money - forgot to mention heel zing s, stress test completed after ECG indicated heart attack (no clue). Please

Hello, thanks for using HCM.
From your description, it is possible you have a left heart failure which has been complicated by pulmonary edema.

Cardiogenic pulmonary edema presents with breathlessness ( a feeling of suffocating), chest pain , cough with frothy sputum, palpitation, wheezes etc. Heart failure is a common complication of a myocardial ischemia.
You need to be seen by a cardiologist for a detail examination and if the diagnosis of a heart failure is confirm, you will be put on drugs such as lasilix, captopril etc as the case may be.
