Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of large intestine removed, bowel keep running all the time, gained lot of weight, had heart attack and kidney shut down, wants help. With the history you have provided, albeit short and non-specific, it is difficult to say the causes although it seems that you got infection in the kidneys and hence the further problems. Once the kidney failure sets, the output of the fluid from the body through the kidneys is reduced and hence the body gains extra weight. Dialysis alone can help you temporarily to remove the extra fluid and salt from the body and the weight then can back to normal. I would advise you to be under the clinical evaluation and management of a Nephrologist and a Gastroenterologist to have proper management of your problems.
