Gastritis, Vomit With Black Specs, Egd Normal Except Redness And Stomach Irritation. Worrisome?

I have gastitus in my stomach . Im 19 years old. I had an egd done two weeks ago everything looked fine except the redness iretation in my stomach. They tested it for all kinds of things everything came back good. But this morning i vomited a little bit not much at all but it had little black specks in it should i be worried never had this happen before?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis. I suggest using antacids daily such as Maalox. I also suggest using a PPI medication such as Omeprazole in the morning before breakfast.
