Gastroenteritis, Diarrhea And Vomiting, Firm Tight Feeling In Abdomen

Hi there My almost 2 year old twin boys have had Gastroenteritis for the past 5 days, with diarrhea and a little vomiting . I also noticed tonight, that one has a very firm tight feeling to his abdomen . Especially the upper part. I wondered if there is any reason for concern, or is this part of Gastroenteritis?

If there is no pain and the child tolerates pressure on the abdomen and does not have vomiting you need not worry. Otherwise take him to a doctor asap.
