Yes, you can get "pregnant" if you have sex during menstruation. Sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days, even during menstruation. True, the chances aren't as high but there still is a chance. Please know that there is no absolute "safe" time during your cycle to have sex and not get pregnant. Our biology just doesn't work that way.
