Getting Bad Bruise And Tightness In Chest. Signs Of Heart Attack?
Hi I'm a 27 year old female and I've been getting really bad bruised and tight feeling in the middle of my upper chest and it even cracks sometimes when I pull my 2 shoulders back due to the uncomfortable feeling I've been to the ER and they took blood work and told me I'm ok I really need help can this be a signs of a heart attack I also feel the pain all through my shoulders in the back I feel to ask someone to press down on and or wall on it :( please help me I'm so confused I don't want to keep running to the dr because they might think I'm going crazy!!
Your symptoms do not suggest CAD – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. However you need to be investigated – ECHOcardiogram (Structural anomalies) / LABORATORY work-up (for bleeding diathesis) – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance. The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation
