But sometimes preejaculate fluid may contain few spermatozoa. And it is early to comment about the possibility of pregnancy. The possible causes for your pain and nausea are : - Pelvic inflammatory disease -Urinary tract infection induced by intercourse. If the pain persists, once consult gynecologist and get evaluated. If there are any features of infection, you may need one course of antibiotics. If you miss your expected date of periods, once go for pregnancy test. Take care.
