Kindly suggest.
Hello.By the symptoms that you refer and normal tests, its pathology does not seem important.Levosulpiride 25 mg thrice a day is widely used in the treatment of giddiness and abdominal gas.Omeprazole 20 mg per day is widely used in the treatment of Acidity. Please consult your local doctor for a prescription. If your symptoms do not improve with these drugs for 15 days your doctor should consider to request additional tests for diagnosis. I wish you good health. (If the answer has helped you, please indicate this)
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM
Giddiness may be due to fluctuating B.P .
You need ambulatory B.P monitoring before establishing hypertension.
You also need ear examination as it may also cause giddiness if there is any problem.
Take Care
