Given Duphaston Due To PCOS. What Should Be The Dosage Of Clomid?

I have pcos, for my previous pregnancies i was given duphaston, clomid and then pregnyl injection
Now only i remember is i used to take clomid morning and evening for 5 days and used to take the injection on 12th day. Can u please guide me how much mg of clomid should i take, what iu of pregnyl should i take, how much mg of duphaston to take, when and for how many days, and when to repeat again after the injection. I think i used to take that twice a day too for 10 days i guess.
Actually i have lost the prescription.

Please don't take it wrong. First thing is to take these medicines on guess is not proper.They are harmones, & the doses are to be assesed according the condition of ovary &ovulation-which is possible with sonographical study.
