Given Prescribehim Zenflox Forte To A Child For Fever And Loose Motion. Motion Again Started After Stopping The Medication, Reason?
hello sir my baby boy is ten month old and he is passing stool 6-7 time and he has some fever also doctor prescribehim zenflox forte,zn20 and cyclopam. after taking medicine he has some relief but after 3-6 days the motions starts again. plz tell me what to do should i start again the same medicine orelse plz help me

Thanks for your query.
Diarrhea is mostly viral in nature and takes few days to settle.
Most important is to maintain proper hydration.
There is no need to start antibiotic.
Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.give coconut water,mashed banana,boiled potato.curd,rice porridge.
Give lactobaccilus for 2 to 3 days and complete zinc for total of 14 days.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.

i think you should chanfe the medicine
use netazox syrup 5 ml twice daily with sporolac sachet.
