Glaucoma, Lost Vision Of An Eye. Can I Help Myself With A Diet?

i am a 43 year old bachelor . I am a victim of glucoma from last 12 years. half of my right vision already lost. Iam a bad habit of losing zemen almost all days. How this habit effect my eyes. How I can escape from this bad habit. I a pure vegetarian. If any change in the diet will help me to reduce the tendency to lose zemen or if any excercises will help me. Please guide me.

Hello.It is recommended in your case a diet rich in antioxidant products such as carrots, spinach, chard, fruit and oily fish but you should know that it is not scientifically proven that diet reduce your progressive vision loss.
Your ophthalmologist will decide the right treatment according to your evolution.I wish you good health.
