Guide Me How To Take These Birth Control Pills ?
i have been on loette birth control pills for over two yea Hi, im 30 years old and i m taking pills loette 28 and i finish my last active tablet now. Do i need to take the 7 white tablet before i take the active tablet again or leave the white tablet and start my new pack active tablet tomorrow? Please help me coz this is the first time i take pills and i dont know how it will continue.

You should take the seven white tablets from tomorrow as during this seven day time you will have your normal periods. If you skip these tablets and start with a new pack then you will not have any periods and later on this will lead to irregular bleeding.
