Hello cherlyngrace;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The treatment for any STD(sexually transmitted disease is to be continued till 14-21 days depending upon the severity.The external symptoms may subside after a 5-7 days course of antibiotics but it is better to complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor as he will be the better person to decide since he has seen the patient.So consult your doctor and continue the medicines till he advises you to do so.
Thanks
