Habit Of Masturbation. No Penis Or Erection Problems. Lead Normal Married Life?

I am 21 now & have been masturbating since i was 15.At the start it was very excessive but now one or 2 times in a week.I wanted to know that am i perfect for the married life bcz i don t want to ruin anybody s life.I have read so much from internet about pre- ejaculation (caused by masturbation).Is it true?? Although i have no problem with my penis or erection ...its perfect. plz reply....waiting

First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.

The problem of premature ejaculation is mostly related to anxiety about whether one will be able to perform properly or not.
So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed.
Performance can be improved by having a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase the size of penis or improve performance...it may be harmful.
Best thing is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
