hi im 20 years old im doing daily penis pumping. when im doing penis pumping , when the liquid is releasing, im holding my penis tightly .to dont get sperms from my penis. im stopping liquid coming out from penis with holding my penis tightly. after few minutes urine coming. is their ny prblm occur stopping the sperms

There is no necessity to prevent semen coming out.

it is not really needed to hold your penis inorder to prevent sperm coming.
let the things normally run.
need not be panicked for that your sperm is lost
masturbation is a natural practice infact a healthy practice..it is never a perversion. so do it normally.
moreover when you stop sperm coming out it will put pressure on your urinary system that probably makes you urinate. It on long term basis may harm you.
so dont do that. dont be anxious for that.
