Habit Of Smoking Meth. Feeling Of Lump In Throat, Urge To Puke While Coughing, Choking. How To Cure?

My aunt is smoking meth. She.says.her throat feels like it has a lump in the back, she has a horrible dry cough, she hacks up mucous that has a glue like texture. Now every time she smokes it burns her throat, has a horrible taste, she begins to choke, and feels the urge to puke from the coughing and choking. What can I do to help her? What is even wrong with her?

Lump in the throat may be due to infection which may have emmerged due to chronic smoking. Also cough choaking both may be due to upperrespiratory tract inflamation triggered by infection which intern is related to chronic smoking. Meth addiction also causes neurological toxicity which may present as choaking due to incordination of pharnyx muscles.

Take care of her and induce her to leave smoking and METH both she will definetaly improve
For lump she can get examined by ENT doctor and some suitable antibiotic may be given
