Had Paragard Removed. Period Last Two Days With Brown Discharge. Normal?
I was wondering about my paragaurd removal I've always had a 5 day period 28 day cycle since removal my cycle is still 28 days but my period is mostly brown discharge with some red lasting 2 days ! Is this normal ? I'm trying to conceive is there anything I should be doing to get my cycle back on track it's been 5 months and I had it in place for 2 1/2 years Thank you

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
A brown discharge usually means that during your last period all the blood didnt come out, that is why it is coming out with the current period. As the blood has been in you for a long time it turns to brown instead of being bright red. If you havent had your period in 5 months, I highly recommend you see an obs and gynae specialist. They can prescribe you with the right medication to fix that.
