Had Supracerival Hysterctomy. Have Dark Color Discharge. Should I Worry?

Hi.
It's been 15 months since I had a supracerival hysterectomy. I still have my ovaries. I went to the bathroom a few minutes ago, and noticed a dark colored stain in my underwear. It was not red. Just a clear, dark stain. When I urinated and wiped there was nothing on the tissue. What could it possibly be? Should I be concerned?

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
What you mention is not of great concern. You may have a vaginal infection.
The important thing that you should take care of is that you should have regular screening for cervical cancer by the PAP smear. This smear should be repeated every three years unless otherwise indicated to be more frequent. For monitoring the ovaries, there is no standard protocol but at least you should have a yearly pelvic ultrasound scan.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
