Had A Fall, White Spots In Front Of Eyes, Swelling In Index Finger, Bruising. What Does It Mean?
I accidentally smacked my hand against the wall on Saturday, it hurt so much I actually had white spots in front of my eyes. My index finger immediately swelled up as well as the middle and ring finger. The ring finger is slightly bruised, middle finger is bruised but my index finger is still swollen and keeps getting darker. If I take the bandages off I can actually see it swell up before my eyes, is this just a sprain? or should I get it looked at? It happened Saturday and is now Monday and still very painful to bend or try straighten as well as a constand dull throb all the time.

It seems from the history that you are probably having fracture of the index finger. As of now avoiding bending the finger and take analgesic drugs to get relief from pain. Later XRAY is required to rule out fracture.
