Had A Laceration On Finger Tip That Looks Like A Splinter Under The Skin. What Are The Black Spots Visible?
i got a laceration on my ring finger at the tip,from a barb wire fence almost a week ago and i usually heal quickly, however i seen there was what looked like to be a splinter, or something stuck at the top, someone told me it just looked like dried blood or skin, but i was pretty sure its not, last night i finally removed it, but there is still a little piece,and i know thats why it hasnt healed.. I also seea little arond it, there is two little black dots, what looks to be something still stuck beneath my skin. I touch it, and the area around it and it feels really wierd. i have not went to the hospital or urgent care, being i have no insurance, and i dont know what i should do

Watery semen it may be several thing.first one is dried blood and then it should fall in short time. secondly it can be foreign body and it should be removed because it may cause infection.thirdly it can be skin necrosis and in this case it should heal too or sometimes surgical removal is indicated. All in all you dont have to rush to hospital and you can wait to see is there progression of it. Wish you good health. Regards
