Had A Perforated Bowel, Many Surgeries Done To Check On Abscesses In Abdomen. What Can Be Done About This ?

I just discovered that my Mother had a perforated bowel that was done by Dr Curtis Ivan Johnson. He was not her doctor nor did he have an order to use a rectal tube on her. He admitted to perforating her bowel but never told her surgeon what he had done. She suffered a great deal through several surgeries which Dr. Johnson said were being performed to see why she had so many abscesses in her abdomen. He kept the fact he had perforated her bowel to himself but convinced me he had indeed let her surgeon know. Isn't that manslaughter? To knowingly allow a patient to die just to protect his reputation? He is a critical care doctor and is still practicing at the Queen of the Valley in Napa, California. I discovered he lied last month. He had read the death review but told me the version he wanted me to hear. What can be done about this, if YYYY@YYYY

It seems legal matter, every country has got their own legal system for a particular matter, like medico legal system, and certain provision are there, if you have doubt, that Doctor did something wrong then you should first inform the concern department, discus it with them, you can even talk to your lawyer, have advise from all the legal sources, you should have all the deviance, which can prove the gross medical negligence, I hope this will helps you.
