Had A Transvaginal Ultrasound. Now Have A Constant Pain On The Left Around The Ovary. Treatment?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound last week came back normal so did my pap, I have not had a period since I had my baby 9 months ago, and for the last 3 month or so I have had pretty constant pain on my left side around my ovary through from front to back getting worse, what's wrong and why would this all come back neg I can feel something there,

Hi,
It is possible not getting period during lactating baby.
For pain in left lower abdomen might be having some other reason as your ultra sound is normal.
Go for urine check up and ultrasound of abdomen including kidney.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
