Had Abortion. Having Pain During Intercourse. Feels Bruise And Swollen, Abdominal Tenderness. What Could Be Causing This?
I m having very bad pain during sex, it s deep and feels like I m bruised and swollen on the inside...I had an abortion about a month and a half ago. I am also feeling some abdominal tenderness...what could be causing this? I also had bv not too long ago and didn t finish the antibiotics the way they were prescribed, could this be an issue?
You have pain during intercourse and a
had a abortion 1.5 months ago.this all things indicate you have probably a endomertriosis or adenomyosis.so please do a USG lower abdomen to confirm the diagnosis and any evidence of chocolate cyst in in the ovary after that you should consult a gynaecologist who may do a laparoscopy of the abdomen to see ins all extension and burn the endometriotic nodules and do a laparoscopic dye test to see the patency of the fallopian tube.
