Had Abortion Twice Before. Small Wound With Minimal Fluid Found Leading To Abdominal Pain. Will It Affect Pregnancy?

Sir, I got married on dec 9, 2012. i had a misopristol and mifepristone to abort my first baby on jan, 2013 due to my husbands suggestion, second time on may 2013, my baby aborted automatically and the doctor founf starch virus in my blood and i had a treatment. last month i had a severe pain in my abdomen and the scan report said small wound and minimal free fluid in pouch of douglas. i had a treatment, but still the pain continues, will it affect pregnancy? pls guide me sir

It is compelling to know the nature of the fluiid in the pouch of douglas. Depending on whether it is clear fluid, blood or pus shall orient the treatment. Other general signs and symptoms like fever, abdominal pains, pain during urination and pain during sexual intercourse could give an important insight into the potential cause of this pain. A needle aspiration at the level of the douglas pouch to visualize the content of the fluid could be helpful. The keen monitoring of an obstetrician is compulsory. Kind regards
