Had Ache In Shoulder. Developed Blocked Nose With Shortness Of Breath. Given Antibiotics. Had Broncitus. Suggestion

Hi,
I had an ache in my shoulder for a number of weeks. I developed a blocked nose as well.
This left me short of breath and I could feel dripping onto my chest.
I tried otc including decongestants and sinus rinses. This gave me a very bad pain over my eye.
I thought that I was improving because the symptoms although still there seemed to improve a bit so I thought I,just had to wait,it out.
That was about four weeks ago. I have been exercising as I felt better just walking and swimming nothing I didn't feel up to.
Last weekend I was so tired I spent most of it in bed sleeping. had some aches and felt like there was liquid in my ears.
I drove back to the town where I work on sunday when I felt monday I woke with aches
and pains including my face.
I have been to the doctor and I was given antibiotics and time off work to rest for a sinus infevtion my 3rd this year.
I had broncitus after the last infection and Ii am worried about this happening again aathe shortness of breath does not seem to be improving. Also I would like to get back training. Should I wait and see how I get on in a few more days with the antibiotirest and fuids? I will be back in work tomorrow

Dear Friend , You have been taking too much of medication or self medication without being properly diagnosed. You need to get the C.T Scan of paranasal sinus Coronal View so that doctor may have complete radiological picture of the sinuses. May be you are having Deviated nasal sinus or some obstructive nasal pathology. It needs to be ruled out first. subsequently you need to consult pulmonologist for shortness of breath.
