Had An Abortion, Feeling Of Lump Inside. Reason?

hi, i was making out with my boyfrind the other night and while his fingers were inside me, he said he could feel a lump up me. it was a fair way up as he was up to his knuckles in to find it again, sorry. it doesnt hurt when he was touching it..but he said he could feel it while we were having sex too. it still felt good but he could feel it with the tip. im really worried i had an abortion about 3 weeks ago and i thought i finally got my period, but im guessing the lump may of blad from sex? as ive been wearing tampons and they have close to nothing on them>
