Had An Unsafe Sexual Encounter, Bleeding Gums. STD Tests Negative. What Could They Have Contracted?

Hey :) I had a sexual encounter 3 months ago to be exact. it wasnt anything unsafe. i had bleeding gums at the time and went down on him, and he came in my mouth, though i spit it out immediately i am worried i might have contracted something from him. i got tested 2 months later came back negative and just got tested but this time it sasy non-reactive 0.26 (negative) which i dont recall ever reading when i get tested. what does (0.26) stand for? what does it mean?
