Had Bad Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Spotted Large Blood Clots And Little White Sac. Was It A Miscarriage?

hi how are you ? Im not sure if I miscarried I had a period in September haven't seen it since a couple days ago I got bad cramps and lower back pains then spotting later large blood clots I also saw a little white clear sac what does it look like when miscarried how big is it can it just be regular menstartion ? thank you .

White sac could be miscarriage . To get it confirmed get a UPT done as it remains faint positive for four - five weeks post abortion. hope your bleeding has stopped. Get a USG done to rule out if you have any retained products of conception if your UPT is faint positive.
