Had Bleeding During Sex Followed By Back And Pelvic Pain. Could Cyst On Ovary Cause This ?

I had bleeding during sex one day and then the next day,and it was fine after we stopped.( and was a little pain during intercourse.. I had douched the day before the first time it happened. three days later i have had middle and lower back pain, pelvic pain. Today I went to the bathroom and it looked like dead skin particals in my pee and when I wiped it was light brown like it does for a few days after my period has ended. I have had issues in the past with my cervix, abnormal paps but have had them all taken care of and havent had a bad pap in over 6 years. I went to my gyno after one time it happend and he looked at my cervix and vagina and said everythng looked ok and since the bleeding only happened once he wasnt concerned, and if it kept happening he could do a test putting a camera up to see if its polyps on uterus or check for cancer! i had just douched the day before the bleeding happend but he said that shouldnt cause the bleeding. Three months ago i have a pelvic ultrasound and transvaginal due to feeling like having a UTI but no infection and everything came back good, just a small cyst on left ovary...
