hello, thanks for taking the time to answer my ? I had blood in my urine. at the start of urination, went to my urologist who said I had an infection and put me on a week of "medication". He ordered a test and it showed that I had cysts in my testicles. Several years ago I had my postrate ' scraped' and now have reverse ejaculation. i'm 90 years old.
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have passed blood in urine. To pass a blood in urine in a person of 90 years can be due to some malignancy either in prostate or bladder.or Cystitis. If you have resected out your prostate long back possibility of recurrence and malignant changes can not be ruled out. Please get following basic investigations done to rule out any major pathology.
1) Blood tests for serum PSA .don 2)Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen. If negative you can continue treatment with antibiotics. The retrograde ejaculation that you have is due to resection of the bladder neck in previous surgery. Dr.Patil.
