Had Both Knees Replaced, Still Very Tight And Uncomfortable. How To Relieve The Tightness?

I had both knees replaced at the same time in June. They are still very tight and uncomfortable. My surgeon doesn t understand how uncomfortable I am or doesn t believe me. Is there something I can do to relieve the tightness. It makes me walk stiff legged.

Hello there!
Usually post replacement surgeries need alot of excercise and early ambulation to avoid stiffness but the complication you have is not uncommon, you need to hold your horses, get physiotherapies, and alot of exercise, and if needed surgical scar excision but it wont come to that.lets hope for the best
