Had Circumcise, Have Extreme Pain Right After I Urinate And Then If Anything Touches The Tip Of My Penis. Cure?

I just had a circumcision and I believe I have a urinary track infection. I have extreme pain right after I urinate and then if anything touches the tip of my penis . My doctor gave me pyridium but honestly I don t think it doing anything and he didn t seem to listen to my problem in the first place and just gave me this. Is there anything I can do at home to relieve the pain because I can t even put pants on and go outside it hurts so much.

Welcome to HCM.
You can take NSAID to relieve the pain but you have to go for certain investigations to confirm the diagnosis.
Go for CBC,URINE and USG abdomen.
Most likely pain during urination might be due to passage of crystals,small stone or severe urinary tract infection.
Quinolone derivatives will be more helpful like oflox,levoflox.
Drink more liquids.
Consult your surgeon for further guidance,diagnosis and medical management.
